Yes, this is privately owned medical facility. You’ll have to pay for the service.

9. What is an online consultation?
This is a medical service where your consultation with the doctor in virtual. It is similar to a face-to face consultations with an exception of the physical examination.
The doctor takes your history diagnosis and gives you a prescription for the treatment you need – all virtually.
This service allows you to access medical help and see your trusted doctor from anywhere in the world.
10. How do I pay for an Online consultation?
You would need to make a full payment so your appointment can be confirmed with the doctor.
11. If my problem is urgent, can you still do the service?
Yes, the doctor sees acute cases as well.

Not all conditions we treat are listed. Be sure to book an appointment and come see the doctor.

14. What are the doctors’ qualifications?
She also holds multiple qualifications noted below:
• Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery degree from the University of Cape Town
• Masters degree in Public health from the University of Cape Town, majored in Epidemiology of infectious Diseases
• Diploma in Advanced HIV management from the College of Medicine of South Africa
• Travel Medicine certification from the University of Witswatersrand
• Medical Aesthetics certification from the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine
15. Are there side effects to any of the treatments I will be receiving?
Any treatment has potential side effects. The doctor takes care to assess you, diagnose prescribe the necessary treatment and explain possible side effects and ways to reduce risks of experiencing them.
The treatment plan is discussed with you every step of the way and you are an important part of the decision making.
If you experience undo/unexpected side effects, we request you contact the doctor as soon as possible.
16. How secure is my medical information I give you?
We take extra care in keeping your medical information confidential and privacy is maintained at all times, in accordance to the POPI act.
17. Can I request a home visit?
If you are traveller/tourist and you are sick, Yes, you/hotel can book a home/hotel medical visit for you. At an extra cost.
18. Will I be able to pick up a prescription at the front desk?
You can pick up the prescription at your nearest pharmacy. We unfortunately, do not dispense medication.
20. Do you give sick notes?
Yes, with a prescription from the doctor, you can pick up and pay for the medication at your local pharmacy.
